Return & Refund Policy
We always guarantee your satisfaction with orders placed on ycustom.com. We offer exchange or refund guarantees for eligible orders. Some products may be subject to special return restrictions — please read the conditions below to understand your rights.
1. Wrong / Damaged / Faulty Goods
- Product does not match the website description (wrong item, wrong material, wrong size).
- Item received is torn, dirty, wet, or has foreign substances (hair, etc.).
- Visible defects in print: blurred, misaligned, or out-of-place prints.
- Products with damage or peeling prints after the first wash.
Contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery for assistance. Orders older than 30 days cannot be supported.
2. Wrong Size
- We assist with cases where the product measurements do not match the size guide on the product page.
- Provide photos showing actual measurements (width, length) using a measuring tape.

3. Lost Items
- Check mailbox, area cameras, neighbors, and your local post office to confirm package is not held.
- Contact Customer Support within 30 days if the package is not received.
- Provide order info, verified shipping address, and confirmation from local post office.
4. Cancellation
You have 4 hours to request cancellation. Submit a request here. Refunds will go to original payment method.
After 4 hours, cancellations or modifications cannot be supported.
5. Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
6. Exchanges
- Exchange full-priced items for same style/number in different color or size only.
- Exchange processed once return package is dropped with carrier and scanned.
- Personalized/custom-made items cannot be exchanged (refund only if defective or damaged).
